Pure Search are instructed on a rare and unique opportunity for an IP lawyer looking for a role with fast-track progression / potential for day 1 or junior partnership for the right individual.The Firm:Our client is a leading UK law firm with a long-standing track record of representing clients across the TMT space, who are consistently ranked Tier 1 by Legal 500. They have a long history of working with clients ranging from multinational tech and media businesses through to advising clients in start-up mode, where their role is more akin to that of In-House Counsel.Due to a departure (a senior individual in the team is moving to an entertainment client), they are looking to grow their team with a senior hire who will come into a role with a clear book of work and pipeline of work to take on from day 1.The Role:The role will involve a mix of trade marks, copyright, design rights and brands work, both contentious and advisory. You will be involved in trade mark registrations and contentious trade mark work and therefore, a background in either trade marks or soft IP (either litigious or advisory) is required. You will work with some of the most exciting and innovative clients in London today and the role will ideally suit someone with a nature flair and passion towards helping clients in growth mode.About You:You will be either a qualified lawyer (Senior Associate), Partner or Senior Trademark Attorney looking for a role that offers clear progression and exposure to some of the best TMT work in the market, both in the UK and internationally. At Senior Associate / Senior Trademark Attorney level, the role will offer guaranteed portable work from day 1 and a clear path towards partnership and, for a junior partner, you will be backed heavily to grow your practice, with multiple success stories across the firm.
