The Role:

Seeking a talented and experienced Intellectual Property Lawyer to join a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IP litigation and will be well-versed in UK trademark, copyright, and design law. You will be responsible for handling complex disputes, advising on enforcement strategies, and representing clients in contentious IP matters.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Advising clients on contentious IP matters, including trademarks, copyright, and design disputes.
2. Managing litigation proceedings before UK courts and tribunals.
3. Drafting and negotiating settlement agreements and pre-action correspondence.
4. Conducting legal research and providing strategic advice on IP enforcement.
5. Working closely with our commercial IP team on brand protection strategies.
6. Representing clients in alternative dispute resolution and settlement negotiations.

Requirements:

1. UK-qualified solicitor with experience in IP litigation.
2. Strong knowledge of UK intellectual property law, particularly trademarks, copyright, and designs.
3. Proven track record of handling contentious IP matters, including litigation experience in the UK.
4. Excellent analytical, advocacy, and negotiation skills.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
6. Strong client management skills with a commercial approach to legal advice.
