Interim Corporate Tax (FS) and Indirect Tax

I am working with a London headquartered, international investment fund, who are seeking a Senior Tax Manager to join the team as soon as possible for a 6 month FTC. This is a potential temp to perm opportunity.

The manager will be involved in:

• Overseeing the firm\’s tax compliance across all tax heads
• Support tax advisory and project work such as group restructuring and Pillar 2
• Manage the relationship with third party tax advisors
• Identify tax savings in the Group\’s commercial activities

Experience Required:

• International tax experience such as offshore funds issues and cross border tax
• Managing tax compliance and liaising with international tax advisors to ensure all obligations are met
• Deal structuring from a tax perspective
