This international FinTech is looking for an interim Assistant Company Secretary to join their London team. There is the chance that this role may become permanent, for the right individual and the hybrid working expectation is 2 days in the office per week.
Key responsibilities:
- Day to day management of the Group statutory records of all subsidiary companies worldwide
- Support the approval and filing of financial statements and annual returns across jurisdictions
- Responsible for the entity rationalisation project
- Complete KYC and AML requests in line with business processes
- Support all other function lines finance, treasury, tax, facilities
- Assist with vendor relationships across all company secretarial providers
Requirements:
- 5+ years of CoSec experience, either in-house or within a professional services setting
- Strong transactional experience within a global environment
