Overview Competition Litigation Associate - 1-4PQE The Firm Pure Search are one of only two agencies instructed by a leading commercial litigation practice looking to grow their competition disputes team with two junior to mid-level hires.

The firm\'s Competition team resolves a range of competition disputes through litigation and ADR, and advises businesses on regulatory compliance in the competition space.

The Role You will represent clients before both UK and European regulatory and judicial bodies, with a broad spread of work across competition litigation, merger control and regulatory disputes.
You will find yourself advising on a range of anti-competitive agreements, market investigations, state aid claims, and abuses of dominance.
