Pure Search are exclusively partnered with a FinTech company in London, looking to hire a first time Head of Tax. Responsibilities: The role involves comprehensive tax reporting and compliance responsibilities across UK and EU entities, including month-end and year-end tax calculations, transfer pricing compliance, and managing loss utilization and ETR reviews. It includes oversight of corporate tax filings, VAT/GST compliance for both EU and non-EU entities, and employment tax reporting such as P11Ds and PSA returns. The position also ensures proper documentation and accounting of transfer pricing arrangements, maintains Master and Local files, and manages FATCA/CRS filings and related onboarding support, often in coordination with external advisors and internal teams.
