A Senior Tax contractor is required for this Interim Head of Tax opportunity within the Investment Management sector for 12 months.

In this stand alone position, you will be the \’go to\’ for all tax related matters that impact the group including fund management, fund structuring, compliance management and international advisory.

Key responsibilities:

  • Advise the business on international tax matters across the group including advising on the tax implications of new products and/or markets, as well as changes in local tax regulation which may impact the group’s non-UK operations
  • Leading the provision of a comprehensive corporate tax reporting and compliance service to support the UK plc and international business
  • Overseeing, and ensuring effective partnership with, service providers for global compliance activities
  • Structuring of Fund vehicles (Incl. feeders and SPVs)
  • Dealing with investor tax queries
  • Co-ordination and management of external tax advisors
  • Support the transaction team in structuring deals

They have Central London Offices and require office attendance on 4 days. Very competitive base salary on offer + completion bonus.
