We are supporting a Credit fund looking at making a number 1 hire to lead their tax offering. This role will focus on offering support to the groups fund and deal teams but will also touch on broader management group taxes.
The role will cover:
- Fund structuring
- Transaction structuring
- Ad-hoc project support
What we are looking for:
- Track record within deals/fund tax
- Credit experience preferred but we are open to asset class background
- European experience is a must
- Open to those currently in-house or in practice
