Pure Search are delighted to be working with a global FMCG organisation to hire a Treasury Analyst into their Front Office Treasury team. This is a high-impact role blending risk management, treasury technology, automation and AI with hands-on front office exposure.

You’ll sit within a centre-of-excellence Corporate Treasury function, supporting the management of financial risk, liquidity and funding. Alongside day-to-day front office activity, you’ll act as the go-to person for process improvement, automation and AI-driven initiatives across Treasury, partnering closely with Operations, Accounting, Procurement and external banks.

Key responsibilities
  • Drive process efficiencies across Treasury using Excel, coding, systems and AI
  • Lead and deliver AI and automation initiatives for the wider Treasury team
  • Support front office risk management and execution, including commodities (as a backup dealer)
  • Own projects such as interest expense forecasting and reconciliation models
  • Maintain and enhance the Treasury Management System, reporting and controls
  • Produce insightful month-end reporting and analysis
  • Act as a trusted business partner to internal and external stakeholders
About you
  • 2+ years’ experience in Corporate Treasury or a similar finance function
  • Strong technical capability (Excel, VBA, Python etc.)
  • Be able to articulate examples where you have advised on software-led solutions
  • Exposure to TMS, SAP, Bloomberg and similar systems
  • Degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Computing or similar
  • Treasury qualifications (e.g. ACT) beneficial but not essential
