Our client, a prestigious US law firm, is seeking a talented Private Funds Solicitor (1-3 years’ PQE) to join their London team.

This role offers the opportunity to work across the full spectrum of Private Funds , including private equity, private credit, real estate, infrastructure, and venture capital funds . The team advises a diverse range of private capital and asset management clients , including sponsors, investors, and strategic parties, on fund structuring, establishment, and operations. Their expertise spans private equity funds, real estate funds, credit funds, infrastructure funds, hedge funds, and managed accounts .

Key requirements:

• Experience in a top-tier funds practice
• Strong academic background
• Proven ability to manage client relationships
