A leading European private markets investment firm is seeking an Events & Marketing Associate to support its internal and external marketing and communications activity. You'll need experience managing events in the financial services sector, preferably with experience in Private Markets/Private Capital/Private Equity/Venture Capital or Institutional Asset Management. The role will play a key part in strengthening brand positioning, supporting origination initiatives, and delivering high-quality marketing across global markets, with a strong focus on events execution within private capital. Based in London, the role sits within a collaborative marketing team and reports to the Head of Marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end planning and delivery of origination-focused events across international markets, working closely with senior investment and origination stakeholders.
- End-to-end support for private capital and investor events, in coordination with internal teams and external partners.
- Contribution to broader marketing initiatives, including digital presence, website updates, content creation, and collaboration with media and industry bodies.
- Supporting brand consistency and quality across all marketing outputs.
Skills & Experience
- Proven events management experience gained in Financial Services is essential.
- Ideally you will have gained events experience in Private Capital (private markets, private equity, private credit, private debt, venture capital), wider institutional asset management or investment banking.
- Creative approach to event organising — developing innovative ideas for events.
- Confident engaging with senior internal and external stakeholders, with credibility and sound judgement.
- Strong attention to detail, visual quality, and brand presentation.
- Highly organised self-starter, able to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
