  • Ownership of everything related to employment tax, including expatriate tax and cross-border matters
  • Ownership of tax reporting, including P11D, PSA, STBV and ERS
  • Coordinate with outsourced advisors in the UK and local jurisdictions and manage these relationships
  • Provide advisory support (examples include: tax review of global benefits scheme, IR35 response, and new office setups)
  • Support broader projects, including collaboration with the reward team

Qualifications:

  • Ideally Big 4 or top 10 trained; suited for someone moving in-house for the first time; aimed at those at Manager level
  • ACA/CTA or equivalent qualification (ideally)
  • Track record in the employment tax space
