Director of Treasury

• Lead, develop, and mature the treasury function, with a focus on process documentation, cross‑training, team resilience, and the development and embedding of policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.
• Embed funding‑related compliance, reporting, and governance into a permanent and sustainable structure.
• Act as the subject matter expert on all financing arrangements, ensuring strong compliance with governance, reporting, and contractual requirements.
• Build and maintain strong strategic relationships with all stakeholders internally and externally.
• Influence and collaborate across the business to embed best‑practice financial management, ensuring alignment with financing arrangements and fostering a strong culture of financial compliance.
• Lead the modelling team and key interfaces with the delivery organisation, ensuring financial models and outputs meet finance document requirements, inform decision‑making, and support shareholder reporting.
• Hold ultimate accountability for FX hedging activities within the constraints of the financing structure, and for managing supply‑chain credit risk across the project, supported by a dedicated team of credit specialists.
