A high-growth consumer fintech is looking to hire a CRM Senior Marketing Executive to join its growing marketing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1-3 years' experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing or customer engagement to take on a broad role with real ownership and visibility.

The Role

  • You’ll be responsible for planning, delivering and optimising CRM campaigns that drive customer activation, engagement and retention, working closely with product, commercial and data teams to improve customer journeys and campaign performance.

Experience Required

  • 1-3 years' experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, retention or customer engagement
  • Experience within fintech, financial services, subscriptions, ecommerce, loyalty, marketplaces or other consumer-focused businesses
  • Hands-on experience with Braze or a similar CRM platform
  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
