The Commercial IT team is part of a globally recognized practice within a leading law firm\’s Commercial IP/IT/Data Privacy department. Information Technology is the core of the firm and its focus is to work with clients primarily in the technology and life sciences sectors, as well as financial services, commercial brands, sports, and media.
About you:
* 5+PQE associate with specialist commercial IT experience
* A genuine interest in technology and life sciences, enthusiasm for business development, and the ability to embrace the wider aspects of a fee-earning role.
* Experience in both transactional and advisory work, and currently leading on transactions whilst supporting more junior members of the team
About the firm:
