Pure Search are partnered with a FTSE 250 business looking to hire a Transfer Pricing Manager to join their well established team in London.
Responsibilities:
- Provide transfer pricing input into a Finance-led initiative reviewing intercompany balances and revenue recognition processes.
- Assist the Transfer Pricing Senior Manager in monitoring, reporting, and managing transfer pricing-related tax risks and provisions.
- Contribute to the update of the group’s global functional review, documentation framework, and approach to managing operational transfer pricing.
- Work closely with Finance teams to ensure transfer pricing policies are properly embedded, applied, and maintained across the business.
- Support broader tax team initiatives led by senior colleagues, including involvement in areas such as research and development tax incentives.
- Oversee the annual production of master File and local File documentation in line with BEPS local legislation.
- Deliver clear, practical transfer pricing guidance to Finance and wider business stakeholders on new initiatives, and support the Change Management Framework where required.
Requirements:
- ACA/ACCA/CTA qualified or equivalent
- Transfer Pricing experience in practice or in-house
- Ability to travel into Central London 3 days per week
- No visa sponsorship available
- This is a full-time role based in Central London 3 days per week, paying up to £100,000 + bonus.
