My client is a high-growth, international professional services group with multiple specialist business lines and an ambitious global agenda. Operating across several markets, the group advises highly sophisticated institutional and corporate audiences and is building a portfolio of distinctive, premium brands internationally.
They are now seeking a Senior Marketing Manager (B2B) to help define and deliver group-wide marketing and brand strategy at a pivotal stage of growth. You'll need experience in B2B marketing in a Professional Services or Financial Services organisation ideally with experience communicating to a range of B2B audiences.
You will play a central role in owning brand and marketing strategy across multiple business lines and sub-brands, ensuring clarity, consistency and differentiation, while remaining closely involved in execution.
Working closely with senior leadership, you will help set the strategic direction for brand, content and campaigns designed to engage sophisticated B2B audiences. You will also contribute to building and developing a high-performing marketing team and manage external agency partners internationally.
- Help define and deliver group-wide brand and marketing strategy across multiple brands
- Lead brand positioning, messaging and visual identity initiatives, including new brand launches
- Set content and editorial direction appropriate for expert, senior and institutional audiences
- Own digital strategy elements, including website performance and social presence
- Build, support and develop an in-house marketing team
- Manage and challenge external agencies across digital, design, web and CRM
- Partner closely with senior leadership to align marketing activity with commercial priorities
- Coordinate activity across regions and support management of multiple budgets
A senior B2B marketing professional from professional services (law, advisory, business/management consultancy, accountancy) and/or institutional financial services/Private equity is preferred. Proven experience marketing to sophisticated, discerning B2B audiences. Experience working across multiple business lines or sub-brands would be beneficial but is not required. Strong understanding of brand, design and creative quality, with the confidence to uphold standards. Excellent editorial and content skills, with strong audience and narrative judgement. Experience developing marketing capability within growth environments.
