A global organisation is seeking an experienced Interim Senior Assistant Company Secretary to join a UK listed group on a short‑term fixed‑term contract. This is a broad, hands‑on role supporting high‑quality governance, reporting and share scheme activity within a complex, international organisation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as governance lead on Half Year and Annual Report processes
- Preparing and reviewing governance sections and regulatory disclosures
- Leading company secretariat aspects of discretionary and all‑employee share schemes
- Supporting Board and Committee governance, including papers and minutes
- Advising on UK Listing Rules, DTRs, Companies Act and MAR
