Pure Search are instructed on a rare opportunity for a Corporate Associate looking to transition their career into a Media & Entertainment role.
The Firm:
Our client is widely recognised as one of the leading names in Media & Entertainment across Europe. They work with some of the biggest and most exciting names across the media industry from global broadcast networks through to film and music production companies, sports and media conglomerates and leading advertising and marketing companies.
The Role:
Working closely with all partners across the Corporate team, you will take on a broad spread of private M&A, venture capital, joint venture, corporate reorganisation and private equity work, working exclusively with clients across the sports, media and entertainment sectors. This is an exciting and varied role in that you will find yourself working with clients at different stages of their life cycle, advising growth clients in start-up mode through to some of the best known names in Media & Entertainment. Given the nature of the role, you will also find yourself advising on commercial matters on an ad-hoc basis.
About You:
You will be an England & Wales qualified Solicitor with between 1-4 years post-qualification experience, gained at a leading US, City or international law firm. You will hold a keen interest in the media space and will be looking for a role that offers a genuine work/life balance (1000 billable target hours) and clear exposure to some of the most exciting corporate work in the market.
