We are supporting an established (and, relatively large) Family Office. Their Head of Tax is looking at expanding their tax function. Consequently, they are looking for a Group Tax Manager to join them. This role has a corporate tax compliance/reporting centre but, the Head of Tax is very happy for the right individual to get involved in tax advisory and research work. This role would suit someone currently in-house or an individual looking for their first move in-house.
The role will cover:
- UK tax return oversight
- Tax accounting for monthly and quarterly management account packs
- Assisting with VAT, employment tax, Stamp Duty work
- Tax audit management - alongside the Head of Tax
- Tax advisory and broader research - if this is of interest
- Ad-hoc support with the broader finance team
