ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an organised and detail‑oriented Supply Chain Executive to support our operations and finance team. The role is responsible for managing purchase orders, invoicing processes, financial documentation and receipting activities, ensuring accuracy and timely process across the order lifecycle. This position plays a key role in maintaining a smooth operation and supporting between internal teams, suppliers and distributors.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Purchase Order Management
- Raise purchase orders in alignment with internal requirements
- Add order lines to shipment files
- Send and confirm purchase order details in collaboration with the factory and internal stakeholders
- Update shipment files to reflect production confirmation
- Shipping Documentation Management
- Maintain and track purchase orders in internal reporting systems
- Liaise with factory to ensure shipping documents are received within SLA
- Check and match purchase orders against commercial invoices
- Raise commercial invoices for distributor shipments
- Ensure all relevant documentation is uploaded and available on internal platforms
- Receipting
- Process receipting for scooters and spare part orders
- Confirm receipt of goods against purchase orders and distributor confirmations
- Ensure all receipting aligns with finance and stock records
- Invoicing & Payments
- Raise and manage sales orders
- Send invoices to distributors
- Trade Compliance
- Support trade compliance activities related to international shipments
- Assist with the preparation and verification of import documents, including commercial, packing lists and shipping paperwork
- Maintain accurate records for audit and compliance purposes
ABOUT YOU
- Previous experience in a supply chain or operations role
- Highly organised with a strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Confident in using ERP systems and Excel
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Confident communicator; able to collaborate cross-functionally and with the factory
