Are you an experienced Training & Competence (T&C) Supervisor that enjoys getting the best out of Mortgage Advisers? We’re hiring a Mortgage & Protection T&C Supervisor to work closely with advisers — coaching, mentoring and raising the bar across the board.

Responsibilities:

  • Coaching advisers to improve performance and outcomes
  • Reviewing files, running observations & delivering 1:1s
  • Leading training on products, regulation & best practice
  • Ensuring everything aligns with FCA, T&C & Consumer Duty

Experience required:

  • CeMAP (or equivalent)
  • Solid knowledge of MCOB / ICOBS / T&C frameworks
  • Experience supporting, coaching or supervising advisers
  • Strong communication and a real passion for developing people
