About the Role

Reporting directly to the Directors, you will be responsible for streamlining operations, managing key lender and provider relationships, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. You’ll play a key role in enhancing business performance and driving growth., * Oversee financial operations, including budgeting, reporting, and process optimisation.

• Ensure full regulatory compliance and manage risk across the business.

• Lead adviser and AR firm recruitment, ensuring a seamless onboarding process.

• Maintain and strengthen relationships with key lenders and providers.

• Leverage technology to improve operational efficiency and data management.

Experience: Strong background in operations management within the UK mortgage sector.

Knowledge: Sound understanding of mortgage compliance and financial oversight.

Skills: Excellent stakeholder management, organisation, and problem-solving abilities.
