Responsibilities
- Coaching advisers to improve performance and outcomes
- Reviewing files, running observations & delivering 1:1s
- Leading training on products, regulation & best practice
- Ensuring everything aligns with FCA, T&C & Consumer Duty
Experience required
- CeMAP (or equivalent)
- Solid knowledge of MCOB / ICOBS / T&C frameworks
- Experience supporting, coaching or supervising advisers
- Strong communication and a real passion for developing people
