We are working with a highly respected, specialist property finance brokerage that is looking to hire an experienced Bridging & Development Finance Case Manager. You will be responsible for supporting a team of seasoned property finance brokers who specialise in Bridging Finance, Development Finance and Commercial Mortgage solutions. This is a quality first, client focused brokerage built by experienced property professionals who genuinely understand development and structured finance.
Experience required:
- Experience of managing bridging & development finance cases from enquiry to completion
- Researching and sourcing products
- Packaging complex deals (LTGDV, staged drawdowns, QS monitoring)
- Chasing lenders, valuers & solicitors to hit tight deadlines
- Securing DIPs quickly and progressing deals efficiently
- Ability to work in a fast-paced specialist finance environment
