We have an opening for an experienced New Homes Mortgage Broker to join a market leading, whole-of-market mortgage and protection advisory firm with an outstanding reputation. This is a rare opportunity to join a specialist New Homes team working directly with developers, investors, and prospective purchasers - right at the heart of the new-build property market.
Responsibilities:
- Attending developer launches and property events, representing the firm on-site
- Presenting to investors, developers, and prospective purchasers on the benefits of working with the firm
- Supporting investor and client open days
- Driving business development through networking, relationship building, and developer partnerships
- Applying expert mortgage knowledge of new-build lending and developer sales processes
- Flexibility for weekend events and occasional overseas developer events
Experience required:
- Proven experience in New Homes / New Build mortgage broking
- CeMAP qualified or equivalent
- Confident, polished presenter comfortable in front of investors and developers
- Strong business development and relationship building skills
- Deep understanding of new build lending criteria, developer incentives, and off-plan purchase processes
- Willing and able to travel, including weekends
