Our client is an award-winning financial service provider based in the City of London. We’re looking for a highly organised, detail-driven Client Relationship Manager / Wealth Management Administrator to play a key role in delivering a seamless client experience from first contact through to ongoing service.

You’ll be supporting a team of advisers across the full client journey – preparing for meetings, managing onboarding, handling new business, and keeping everything compliant, accurate, and on track.

Responsibilities:
  • Managing client cases end-to-end (prospect to onboarding to ongoing service)
  • Preparing files, fact finds, and documentation for adviser meetings
  • Handling AML/KYC checks and onboarding processes
  • Submitting and tracking new business and transfers
  • Liaising with providers, platforms, and clients
  • Maintaining CRM records and keeping pipelines moving
  • Supporting advisers with tools like FE Analytics and Voyant
Experience required:
  • Experience in wealth management or financial planning administration essential
  • Strong organisation and attention to detail
  • Confident communicator with a client-first mindset
  • Proactive, solutions-focused, and able to manage multiple cases
