Responsibilities:
- Key mortgage applications and manage them through the full lifecycle, from submission to lender offer.
- Liaise proactively with lenders, solicitors, clients, and internal stakeholders to drive momentum.
- Prepare and maintain client files, documents, and compliance records to exacting standards.
- Undertake product research and support consultants in preparation for client meetings.
Experience required:
- You will bring at least three years' experience in mortgage administration, ideally in specialist or complex cases.
- A career administrator who does not desire to move into advice.
- You're confident in keying applications, structuring files, and handling issues quickly and decisively.
- You have excellent communication skills — polished over the phone, in writing, and with high-net-worth clientele.
- You have a strong client service mindset and can operate with high discretion.
- You're a team player who also uses initiative when things get busy.
- CeMAP qualification is a plus, but not essential.
Up to £45,000 basic salary (dependent on experience) + bonus
