Specialist Property Finance Broker – Bridging & Development
Are you an experienced Bridging or Development Finance Broker ready to plug into strong deal flow and a loyal investor client base? This is an opportunity to join an established, growth-focused brokerage with a long standing track record, high-quality enquiries, and great earning potential.
You’ll be structuring specialist property deals across bridging and development finance, working with serious investors and developers in time-sensitive, complex scenarios.
Experience required:
- CeMAP (or equivalent) + CAS
- Minimum 2 years’ bridging and/or development finance experience
- Strong exposure to property investor cases
- Commercially sharp with excellent structuring skills
- Confident handling complex, time-critical transactions
- Ambitious and motivated to build long-term income
- Commercial mortgage experience beneficial (not essential)
