A major UK infrastructure programme is seeking a skilled Industrial Relations Specialist on a full time hybrid basis to support the implementation of collective agreements and promote constructive collaboration across a large, multi-employer workforce. The role plays a vital part in maintaining a stable industrial relations environment to protect delivery schedules and ensure effective engagement among contractors, trade unions and internal stakeholders.
Working within a complex project setting, the post holder will develop strong working relationships across site teams, partner organisations and supply chain representatives. They will provide practical support and guidance to ensure consistent understanding and application of agreements, identify emerging issues, and help maintain a cohesive and solutions-focused approach to industrial relations.
Key Responsibilities- The specialist will work closely with the Industrial Relations Manager to implement the project’s IR strategy, supporting positive engagement with contractors, trade unions and wider stakeholders.
