I’m partnering with a well-established, complex manufacturing business to recruit a Financial Controller for a key operational site. This is a high-impact role offering real ownership of the financial control environment, cash position and statutory reporting, alongside the opportunity to lead and develop a capable finance controls team.
Reporting directly into the Finance Director, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring robust financial governance with no surprises. You’ll sit at the heart of the business, building strong relationships across operations, central finance and group entities, and driving best-in-class reporting, controls and processes. This is a role for someone who enjoys being close to the detail but also adding strategic value—shaping how finance supports the wider business. This role offers breadth, influence and visibility.
- Own and continuously strengthen the full financial control environment
- Lead, manage and develop a small finance controls team
- Take clear ownership of cashflow, including live forecasting, variance analysis and working capital management
- Partner with central finance teams to proactively manage AP, AR and intercompany balances
- Deliver accurate, timely monthly, quarterly and year-end reporting
