Senior People Advisor – 6-12 Month FTC | Cambridge (Hybrid)
We’re proud to be recruiting for a Senior People Advisor to join a respected organisation based in Cambridge on a 6 month fixed-term contract, starting ASAP.
What’s on offer:

• Hybrid working with just 1 day on-site per week
• The role can be offered on 4 or 5 days (28 or 35 hours)

Your role will include:

• Handling cases across sickness absence, grievance, disciplinary, performance, probation & flexible working
• Advising managers on policy and HR best practice
• Coaching employees and managers on well-being issues
• Building strong relationships to guide stakeholders through ER matters
• Creating manager capability to support future people issues
• Analysing ER trends and sharing best practice.

Who we’re looking for:

• CIPD qualified, ideally level 7
• Experienced in a broad range of employee relations cases
• Up to date employment law knowledge
• Experienced in delivering learning content to upskill managers
• Confident, relationship-focused, and solutions-driven
• Values driven person who enjoys working as part of a collaborative team
