Senior Management Accountant

b Overview /b p In this role you will produce monthly management accounts packs for multiple entities and provide KPI and variance analysis to support decision-making. You will work closely with the Head of Finance and the broader finance team to deliver timely reporting, balance sheet reconciliations, and data-driven insights. You will liaise with auditors and collaborate with colleagues across the accounts function, contributing to a growth‑focused, supportive finance culture. The opportunity offers career development in a results‑driven environment with exposure to cross‑entity reporting and stakeholder engagement. /p b Responsibilities /b ul li Produce monthly management accounts packs for multiple trading entities with KPI and variance analysis /li li Support full balance sheet reconciliations /li li Manipulate data in Excel to extract insights and support reporting /li li Prepare weekly stakeholder reports for Head of Finance /li li Liaise with and support auditors of client companies /li li Collaborate with accounts team (purchase ledger, payroll, credit control) /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Experienced Management Accountant /li li Strong IT literacy with advanced Excel and systems knowledge /li li Methodical with high attention to detail /li /ul ul li Communication with stakeholders /li li Team collaboration and cross-functional teamwork /li li Attention to detail and proactive problem solving /li li Excel (advanced) /li li Strong systems knowledge /li /ul
