HR Support
Be the first point of contact for HR queries, manage employee records, and support managers with employee relations.
Recruitment
Assist with recruitment activities alongside the Talent Acquisition Partner.
Training
Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) and support access to relevant development opportunities.
Payroll
Support payroll administration, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in processing payroll data.
Able to use data to inform HR decisions and improve processes.
Experience in HRIS systems and recruitment platforms.
Understanding of UK employment law, GDPR, and HR best practices.
Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) and MS Office.
