We're recruiting a Sales Ledger Assistant to join a growing business based in St Ives.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy and supportive finance team, taking responsibility for invoicing activities across a portfolio of client sites while supporting an ongoing transition.
Within this role, you will report into the Finance Manager As the incoming Sales Ledger Assistant, you will be tasked with the following duties: Process sales invoices and credit notes, maintaining accurate sales ledger records.
Set up new clients and maintain customer information across internal systems.
Respond to customer queries and liaise with internal teams to resolve issues.
Support month-end billing activities and work towards monthly targets.
Review invoices for discrepancies and provide general administrative support across the team.
As the successful applicant, you will have strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while working to deadlines.
You will be confident communicating with both customers and colleagues and be comfortable working with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
