A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an HR Advisor to join a dynamic environment, where you'll play a vital role in delivering expert HR support.

As a key member of the HR team, you will be the first point of contact for clients on a wide range of employee relations (ER) issues.

Working collaboratively within a supportive and fast-paced environment, your focus will be to ensure the delivery of accurate, timely, and legally compliant HR advice and support.

From handling ER cases and drafting documentation to advising on legislation and process, this role provides excellent exposure to both day-to-day and complex HR matters.

This role can be worked on a hybrid basis, three days in the office in Romford, with occasional travel to London, and two days from home.

Provide high-quality, timely HR advice and support to clients across various industries, primarily focusing on ER issues such as disciplinary, grievance, absence, and performance management.

Draft and review HR documentation, including contracts, policies, handbooks, and correspondence, ensuring alignment with current employment legislation and best practice.

Support case management for employee relations matters, taking the lead on straightforward cases and escalating complex issues appropriately.

Maintain and update client and internal HR systems with accurate employee data and case records.

Work closely with payroll providers to ensure correct data processing and liaise on queries.

Provide guidance on employee benefits administration, including enrolments, salary reviews, and bonus communications.

Support with HR projects, including redundancy and TUPE, and provide administrative support for HRBPs on project work.

Respond to client queries across various channels (email, phone, and online) in line with agreed service levels.

Proactively identify risks or HR trends and offer insights to clients to mitigate future issues.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR systems, processes, and knowledge resources.

Keep up to date with UK employment legislation and HR best practices.

Experience in an HR advisory capacity with exposure to ER casework.

Strong understanding of UK employment law and best practice HR principles.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR systems or case management tools.

A relevant HR qualification or working towards one is desirable.
