In this pivotal role, you’ll be responsible for driving forward strategic change initiatives across both business and technology domains, helping shape the future of a forward-thinking organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full lifecycle delivery of assigned projects, ensuring outcomes align with business strategy.
- Define and assess new project requests, supporting business case development and ensuring alignment to strategic objectives.
- Establish and maintain effective project governance structures and communication plans.
- Determine appropriate delivery methodology (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid) and maintain detailed project plans.
- Lead cross-functional project teams and manage stakeholder engagement, including 3rd party coordination.
- Manage RAID logs and develop mitigation strategies for risks and issues.
- Oversee project financials, including budgeting, estimating, billing, and financial reporting.
- Ensure realisation of defined project outcomes and benefits, tracking KPIs and success metrics.
- Contribute to the ongoing development and continuous improvement of project management and change frameworks.
About You
- Fluent in both English and French – essential for collaborating with stakeholders across regions.
- Proven experience delivering end-to-end business and/or technology change projects.
- Strong understanding of project and change management methodologies such as PRINCE2, Agile etc.
- Exceptional leadership, stakeholder engagement, and influencing skills.
- Skilled in project planning, reporting, financial management, and benefits realisation.
- Proactive, hands-on approach with strong problem-solving and communication abilities.
- Comfortable working in complex, matrix-managed environments.
- Able to travel when required (UK passport and driving licence required).
