The successful candidate will play an important role in ensuring projects are delivered smoothly by coordinating administrative activities and maintaining excellent communication with customers, suppliers and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Raising purchase orders and ordering materials
- Producing invoices and applications
- Providing administrative support to project engineers
- Preparing engineer paperwork, including job instructions and reports
- Collating supplier documentation and test certificates
- Liaising with customers to schedule works and provide project updates
- Maintaining and updating project files and databases
- Arranging accommodation bookings for field-based staff
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers and suppliers
