Temporary Personal Assistant (Part Time)
Hours/days required: Preferably Tues, Wed and Friday, working 7.5 hours each day

This role is integral to ensuring the smooth functioning of the leadership team as they implement strategic initiatives and manage the day-to-day affairs of the business. Supporting the Executive Chairman and broader leadership team, the successful candidate will be at the heart of the organisation's transitional phase. Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and maintaining the Executive Chairman's busy diary, ensuring priorities are optimally scheduled
- Handling sensitive correspondence with discretion and professionalism
- Coordinating and preparing materials for board and committee meetings, including distribution of papers and follow-up actions
- Organising corporate events, such as board offsites and shareholder gatherings
- Supporting the leadership team with travel arrangements and expense reconciliations
- Providing administrative assistance to various projects, including preparing reports
- Assisting with operational tasks within the family office, including meeting coordination and day-to-day support
- Contributing to office management activities, such as onboarding new staff, managing office systems, and supporting social and corporate functions
- Liaising with external agencies to support marketing and PR activities as needed
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience as a Personal/Executive Assistant or in a senior administrative support role
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently with high confidentiality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 suite, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams
- Experience supporting senior executives, ideally within a corporate or entrepreneurial environment
Desirable Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience supporting a Chairman, CEO, or other C-suite executives
- Business project coordination or event management experience
- Familiarity with SME or family-owned business settings
