What I'm looking for: Proven HR/People Advisor experience within a fast-paced environment.
Strong ER capability, including performance management related conversations Solid understanding of UK employment law and the ability to apply it commercially.
Confidence coaching and influencing managers at all levels.
Pragmatic, solutions-focused approach with excellent judgement and communication skills.
