Temporary Administrative Support Officer (Part-Time, with flexibility around hours)
Location: Norwich
Contract: Temporary ongoing
Are you a motivated and detail-oriented administrator? This is a fantastic part-time role ideally for someone with strong admin and IT skills and a keen eye for detail.
Key responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support across various departments
  • Accurately update and maintain internal data systems
  • Support with general office tasks and documentation
  • Ensure data integrity and confidentiality at all times
  • Assist with CRM management and reporting tasks
Role requirements;
  • Proven experience in administrative or data entry roles
  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Confidence in working with databases and digital systems
  • Experience using a CRM is highly desirable – knowledge of Raiser’s Edge would be a bonus
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
