This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified professional (ACA, ACCA or equivalent) looking to take a leading role in managing key client relationships, developing talented teams, and contributing to business growth.
The Role You'll be a key member of the management team, responsible for:
- Managing a portfolio of diverse clients and delivering exceptional service
- Leading, coaching and developing a high-performing team
- Supporting business development activities and identifying growth opportunities
- Collaborating with senior stakeholders to deliver strategic objectives
- Reviewing complex assignments and maintaining high technical standards
- Building strong relationships with clients, colleagues and external contacts
About You You'll bring:
- ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualification
- Significant experience within an accountancy practice environment
- Proven people management and leadership skills
- Strong client relationship and portfolio management experience
- A commercial mindset with the ability to identify new opportunities
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solutions-focused approach
