Opportunity

This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned HR Manager to play a key role in delivering HR strategy across a diverse and innovative organisation. Reporting to the Head of HR, you'll work closely with stakeholders at all levels, providing expert advice, leading projects, and driving initiatives that support organisational success and employee engagement.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Partnering with managers and leaders to deliver the HR strategy
  • Providing expert guidance across the full employee lifecycle
  • Managing complex employee relations cases including disciplinaries, grievances, absence management and restructures
  • Leading organisational change projects and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Supporting talent management, succession planning, engagement and organisational development activities
  • Developing HR policies and ensuring compliance with employment legislation
  • Driving a high-quality, customer focused HR service across the organisation

About You

I would love to hear from HR professionals who can demonstrate:

  • CIPD Level 7 qualified and degree level education (or equivalent)
  • Significant experience operating as an HR Manager or HR Business Partner
  • Strong employment law knowledge and extensive ER casework experience
  • Proven experience working with senior leadership teams
  • A track record of delivering HR projects and business focused HR solutions
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • A proactive, collaborative and pragmatic approach to problem solving
