As they continue to scale, they're looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join their HR team and play a key role in shaping the employee experience.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their role – combining hands-on HR operations with employee relations, manager coaching, process improvement and business-wide HR projects.

What you'll be doing

  • Managing the employee lifecycle from onboarding through to offboarding
  • Owning payroll inputs and people administration
  • Supporting managers with employee relations matters including absence, performance and disciplinary processes
  • Delivering HR training and promoting best practice across the business
  • Maintaining and improving HR policies, processes and compliance
  • Supporting engagement, wellbeing, learning & development and DEI initiatives
  • Playing a key role in the implementation of a new HRIS

What we're looking for

  • At least 3 years' experience in a generalist HR role. CIPD Level 5 qualification would be advantageous.
  • Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
  • Payroll experience and confidence managing payroll processes
  • Experience supporting and advising managers on HR matters

This isn't a role where you'll be siloed into one area of HR.

You'll have the opportunity to influence processes, lead projects, support business growth and work closely with senior stakeholders, all within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.
