This is a key role that will combine financial control, reporting, and business partnering, offering excellent exposure to senior stakeholders and the opportunity to drive performance through insight and robust financial processes.
Key responsibilities:
- Managing the monthly manufacturing management accounts process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Leading the budgeting and forecasting cycles
- Providing balance sheet oversight for the manufacturing function
- Managing and developing the Manufacturing Finance Team
- Acting as a key business partner to manufacturing leadership, offering financial insight and support
- Developing and enhancing KPIs to support operational performance
- Collaborating with data teams to improve reporting and decision-making tools
- Driving continuous improvement in financial controls, processes and procedures
We are looking for a proactive and commercially minded finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will ideally have ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualification (or equivalent experience), strong experience producing management accounts within a dynamic business, excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across the business, strong technical accounting knowledge and attention to detail, advanced IT skills, particularly in Excel and reporting tools, and a proven ability to work in a collaborative, fast-changing environment.
