They are now looking for a Commercial Contracts Specialist, ideally with experience in a law firm, commercial property environment or in-house legal team, to play a pivotal role in managing leasing activities across their business parks. You will act as the central gatekeeper for all leasing activity across their sites.

You’ll take ownership of the full life‑cycle of commercial leases, ensuring everything from drafting and negotiation through to completion and ongoing administration. You’ll also play a key role in connecting management and sales teams with tenants, ensuring a smooth, professional, and customer‑focused leasing experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial leases, renewals, licences to alter, deeds of surrender, and associated documentation.
  • Manage the full lease life‑cycle from instruction to completion and ongoing administration.
  • Maintain accurate, compliant, and up‑to‑date lease records.
Commercial Property & Legal Support
  • Provide guidance on landlord and tenant matters, including lease obligations, rent reviews, service charges, and break clauses.
  • Liaise with external solicitors and professional advisors when required.
  • Ensure all legal processes are followed correctly and efficiently.
