The role: To support and assist the Manager by supervising the Purchase Ledger function and deputising when required. Responsible for processing and reviewing the purchase ledger transactions including:
- Purchase orders
- Invoices
- Goods receipt notes
- Refunds
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Query resolution
Preparation and approval of regular ad hoc payment runs.
Monthly analysis and bank reconciliations.
Regularly cleanse the purchase ledger, including review of historic invoices, purchase orders, and debit balances.
Chasing GRNs and statements approvals when required.
Monthly review and reconciliation of credit cards.
Perform other duties at a similar level as and when required.
The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of experience within a high-volume purchase ledger environment.
