Responsibilities
- Lead projects through full lifecycle from initiation to benefits realisation
- Define scope, requirements and outcomes with sponsors and stakeholders
- Develop and maintain project plans, resource plans and delivery roadmaps
- Establish governance, reporting and communication plans
- Identify and manage RAID (risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies)
- Coordinate activities across business, technology, finance and third-party suppliers
- Manage project budgets, forecasts and financial reporting
- Ensure projects deliver objectives and business benefits
- Build stakeholder relationships and maintain momentum across concurrent initiatives
- Contribute to continuous improvement of project management standards
