We are seeking an immediately available Assistant Management Accountant to support a business in Gayton.
The role:
- Maintain the sales ledger, ensuring invoices are raised accurately
- Assist with raising invoices for facilities
- Monitor customer accounts and follow up on outstanding balances
- Respond to customer queries relating to invoices and payments
- Use finance and administration systems effectively to ensure efficient and accurate processing
- Maintain the purchase ledger, ensuring invoices are processed accurately and authorised appropriately
- Assist with the bank reconciliation
- Assist with the payment runs where required
The successful person will have experience in a similar role and be able to start work almost straight away.
