I’m supporting a growing, international organisation looking for an IT Service Desk Analyst to provide interim support within a busy and collaborative IT team. This is a hands-on role focused on delivering day-to-day IT support across a multi-site user base.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 1st & 2nd line support via tickets, phone, Teams and walk-ups
- Troubleshoot hardware, software and end-user issues across laptops, mobile devices and applications
- Monitor and manage tickets within a service desk system, ensuring SLAs and response times are met
- Set up and configure new user devices and accounts
- Work closely with wider IT teams to escalate and resolve more complex issues
- Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to knowledge base improvements
- Support continuous improvement of the service desk and user experience
Experience Required
- 3–4 years’ experience in IT Service Desk or IT Support roles
- Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows, Office 365 and general IT hardware
- Exposure to cloud environments such as Azure and Intune
- Structured and process-driven approach, with awareness of audit and compliance
- Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to manage a busy workload
